Josh Mitchell has resigned from his job with the DEA, having decided at 29 that it’s time to have a life instead of living out of a suitcase, like he’s done for the past 8 years. He buys a cabin in Jackson Hole, a place where he has unfinished business with a hot brunette, who he promised to return to seven months earlier. He’s back for her and he’s playing for keeps.

Grace Landon still has nightmares about the day Nick Lucas attacked her, trying to find the notebook of her brother’s that could put a lot of people in prison. Her brother, Tom, died because of the mess he was involved in.

She’s just started getting her life back together after the one night she spent with Josh. She has a new friend Jason, who’s been good to her during the four months she’s known him.

Two of Tom and Nick’s associates arrive in town and want the notebook Nick was looking for. Having decided to pay Grace a visit, they don’t expect to come face to face with Josh.

Time is running out for Grace, but with Josh’s help, perhaps they will both get a chance at a ‘New Beginning’.
