“I won’t let you go,” he warned, and shivers ran down my spine at the malevolent honesty of the threat. “You want to rule at my side? Then I’ll never let you leave me. If you walk by my side, you can never ever fucking leave.” I was making a binding contract with the devil. An Adley’s word is his bond … that’s what Arthur had said in the pit. He was waiting for the verbal agreement to be signed. Waiting for me to finally hand over my soul.

J'ai fort apprécié ce tome. Je me suis bien accrochée aux personnages.
Et l'histoire était vraiment bien écrite, on plongeait vraiment dedans.

Une Dark Romance comme seule Tillie sait les écrire. Un monde de la mafia juste addictive.

L’histoire est de la romance dark mais les scènes de sexe mélangées parfois à du sang ne m’ont pas plu.
L’utilisation à outrance du « fuck » quand Arthur parle m’a également déplu.
L’histoire sinon se laisse lire.
Je ne lirai pas la suite même si la fin du roman augure d’une suite qui sera bien menée.

C'était un bon livre mais je ne peux m'empêcher de le comparer à ses livres sur les Hangmen et je trouve qu'il y a quand même beaucoup de ressemblances. L'ensemble est bon et on se laisse rapidement emporter, puis certains passages sont de toute beauté.

Un livre de Tillie Cole ? Je fonce !
Cette histoire est violente, sanglante mais qu'est-ce que je l'aime !
J'adore comment Tillie Cole écrit ses histoires, elle créer des personnages complètement fêlés et psychopathes mais je m'attache énormément à eux.
Les rebondissements sont hallucinants... vivement le tome 2 !
J'ai complètement disjoncté quand on rencontre le chapitre londonien des Hades Hangmen... vivement la suite aussi parce que ça manque grave aussi !
