As the Pagans focus on reforming the Registerium and transferring Callie to their nation, demons from other nations disappear without a trace, and the Registerium is too preoccupied to help. The politics rests on a knife edge, and the Pagans must tread a careful path, convincing those who would normally vote against them to come into the fold. But that's easier said than done when some call for the Registerium to be disbanded entirely, the Templar nation becomes erratic, and the West Coast finally shows its true colors.
