The day she turns eighteen, King Ryder shows up and tells her she’s a telepath and part of an ancient prophecy. Oh, and she bears his true marks. He wants her to come live at the castle so he can train her for the upcoming war. She doesn’t believe him. That is until she notices strange markings on her body and hears voices in her head.

Arabella reluctantly agrees and leaves behind everything she’s known to move to the castle to train. Soon, she’s is in it so thick, she can’t see to make her way anymore. The only thing that keeps her grounded is the steady presence of Ryder at her side. But when he disappears, Arabella risks losing herself altogether.
