Now her illness has progressed to the point that the doctors in Alliance feel they’ve done all they can, and they want her to see several specialists at a hospital. Celia’s terrified of all things medical. It was a doctor after all, who exposed her to the experiments that have made her sick. Lucky for her the male assigned to escort her to the hospital is one that has a way about him of calming her nerves and helping her through the tests she must endure.

Of all the females he’s ever met, the one that steals Sin’s attention is the one that is not susceptible to his charms. He’s not sure if he’s happy about that, or offended. Celia seems to have the uncanny ability to keep his darkness at bay, simply by being near him. The problem with that? Another male has already set his sights on her, and now that male is telling Sin that she’s dying.
