Broken Vows - La série

They came to me in the dead of night. I should be used to ghosts, I’m a necromancer after all. But the three men who show up at my house aren’t the spiritual beings I’m used to. These Ghosts are part of a brotherhood so secret that they were thought to be a myth. When they ask for my help, I leap at the opportunity to aid these warriors. But none of us expected my help to come with a price tag. Now our souls are bound to one another and unfortunately, being this close to each other secrets are starting to slip out. I can’t afford to have anyone know who, or what, I really am, but with a curse hanging over our heads and with someone suddenly after us we’ll have to stick close if we want to survive. With the Ghosts looking out for me, I should be safe… right?

No wonder people are afraid of ghosts. They’ll stab you in the back with a twinkle in their eyes. My Ghosts are looking to repent, and I don’t know if I have a choice when it comes to forgiving them. Without their help, my enemies will find me. I’m fed up with pretending I’m some damsel in distress. In order to survive and keep my men safe, it’s time to come clean about my true nature. But on the heels of my revelation, information is uncovered that the Brotherhood my men have sworn their allegiance to may not be as righteous as they believed. In order to discover their true agenda, we’ll have to trust one another if we want to make it to Everlast in one piece. But how can I expect the men that I’m falling for to trust me when they learn that the secret I’ve been hiding goes against everything their Brotherhood stands for?

As it turns out, Ghosts aren't the only things that go bump in the night. Malicious warlocks do too. Fulton thought he won. As it turns out, the game has just begun. He’s on the run and causing havoc in his wake. Now that I’m home, it’s time to take over the family business. My first job: stop the warlock from throwing both realms, the Living and the Dead, into irreparable chaos. Easier said than done. But I have every intention of trying and I won’t let anything stop me. Not the jealousy between my men or the new unhinged power I’ve unlocked. Watch out Fulton, here I come.
