This standalone is a story of mystery, suspense, and a fair amount of teenage angst thrown in there. This novel will contain swearing, violence, talk of drug use, and mild sexual content/thoughts for +17. This RH prologue novel comes before The Red Masques Series (starting with Raven Blood) in terms of the plot timeline, however, It is suggested that you read those first, to have a larger grasp of the story in its entirety. While this will be mostly contemporary in content, there are hints of the paranormal series to come.
