C'est quand tout semble perdu, que l'espoir peut renaître.

En 2084, la planète est ravagée par une nature vengeresse et les derniers survivants font face à une existence périlleuse. Ils viennent de recevoir un message du plus profond de l'espace, un obscur compte à rebours menant à l'extinction de l'humanité vient d'être lancé. Un espoir subsiste malgré tout et cinq mille enfants seront secourus par ces mystérieux messagers venus des étoiles.

We Live nous narre l'aventure de Tala et de son frère Hototo, l'un de ces élus qui doivent être sauvés pour que l'humanité puisse prétendre à un futur. Mais, la route que les deux enfants vont prendre ressemblera très rapidement à un long chemin de croix face à la violence d’un monde à l’agonie.

The year is 2084 and the world has changed. Wracked by calamities and crawling with monsters, the last remaining humans face a dangerous existence.
