On retrouve Jeffrey qui essaye de récupérer après l’ouragan dévastateur Lydia, mais se reconstruire et renouer des liens avec Blair, Richard ou n’importe quel autre être humain semble une tâche impossible.
Chaque MC des tomes précédents subissaient les répercussions de cette abominable nuisance mais de tous, Jeffrey est celui qui a subit de plein fouet et le plus longtemps ses tort*res.
Il lutte contre les cauchemars, lutte pour trouver sa place dans son ancienne famille, lutte pour trouver un nouvel équilibre avec Blair dans une réalité où il n’a plus besoin de lui.🥺
Et surtout pour découvrir qui il est après avoir été forcer de se noyer et de revêtir un masque pendant tant d’années.
Malgré tout cela, ce livre m’a fait l’effet d’une couverture chaude et réconfortante.
Sans doute grâce à Mutt. Ce loup-garou alpha adorablement inexpérimenté dans le monde moderne qui déteste le savon. Bien loin d’être un alpha-hole, Mutt est protecteur, innocent, et n’a aucune notion des distances sociales.
Le passage du panier à linge est juste génial!😂👌
Mutt s’est donner pour mission de faire sourire Jeffrey autant que possible, de s’employer à le rendre heureux, de l’aider à s’ancrer et à guérir.
Il est tellement brave d’affronter le supermarché pour Jeffrey.🥰😂
Et enfin, la palme de la crème des petits frères va à Collin.🤌😮💨🥹 Je ne sais pas si on aura un tome sur lui mais j’adore l’avoir personnage secondaire.
